Booking Confirmation and Payment Terms

Token Advance:

To confirm and reserve the event date, a token advance payment of ₹1,00,001 is required.

Balance Deposit:

A deposit of 110% of the total estimated billing amount must be paid at least 12 days before the event date. (An additional 5% GST is applicable on the total billing amount.)

Payment Delay Policy:

In case of payment delay beyond the specified timeline, the caterer reserves the full right to cancel the booking 7 days prior to the event.

Refund Policy:

All advance amounts collected are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.


Menu, Guest Count, and Changes

Menu or Event Changes:

  • Any changes to the menu (addition, deletion, or modification) or guest count must be intimated at least 12 days before the event date.
  • A maximum of three (3) updates are allowed.
  • Further revisions beyond three will incur additional charges.

Reduction in Guest Count:

If the client reduces the number of guests after booking, the cost per guest/service rates may be revised accordingly.

Ingredient Substitution:

In rare cases where ingredients are unavailable due to reasons beyond control (e.g., market shortages), the caterer reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the menu without affecting quality.

Additional Food Requirements:

In case of an increase in food quantity requirements during the event (on-site), additional charges will be collected for extra food served.

Food Service Timings

  • Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Lunch: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
  • Snacks: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Dinner: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
